General Recruitment Process

Assessment / Interview

If you are successfully shortlisted you may be invited to attend for assessment, telephone interview or could be asked to meet us for an interview, where the line manager and a member of the HR team will assess your behavioral and technical abilities.  Some positions will be subject to a combination of the above.

 On selection

As part of our recruitment process, prospective employees will be subject to background checking prior to joining our team. This will include criminal record and employment history checks as well as a medical where applicable.  All job offers are conditional until the completion of pre-employment screening.  On average this process takes approximately 4 - 6 weeks to complete.
